The following files are ported to work with the SDK7A400 port of the
ThreadX kernel and FileX.
    sdk7a400_fx_cf_driver.h
    sdk7a400_fx_cf_driver.c

This port has only been tested with the ARM ADS toolset. It should be a
fairly simple task to port these to the other toolsets.

These driver has a dependency on the SDK7A400 CompactFlash driver
located with the SDK7A400 BSP.
