//      per line and the replaceable parameters should typically be
//      placed on a line by themselves unless you can guarantee that
//      the replaced text will be less than 20 characters.  Also, if you
//      want a blank line you must have at least a single space on that
//      line or else the parser will skip it and squish the two paragraphs
//      together.  See the examples below:
