The new version of Dr. Bob's Head Conversion tool, with major contributions from Bob Cousins, includes a refactored HeadPars unit to fascilitate future improvement, no dependance on any other library (a future release will re-introduce syntax highlighting, but we had other major issues we had to deal with first), and two GUI versions, one for Delphi 5 and 6 and one for Delphi 7.  This release, which includes all versions, is orgranized into folders, including a common folder that contains all of the files used by the command line (console) and GUI versions.

We have tested both GUI versions and the console version and they appear to compile and to produce output similar to the original release.  If you encounter any problems, please send these to Alan Moore at [e-mail].  Also, if you have suggestions for producing more reliable output (translations of C header files into Pascal interface units), please also send these to Alan.  He has been collecting these in recent years and the team will soon begin to consider them as it works to improve the main HeadPars file.
