PML uses two libraries: 
- Reed-solomon-3.1.1.tar.gz from http://www.ka9q.net/code/fec/
- Tigertree (Copyright (C) 2001 Bitzi (aka Bitcollider) Inc. & Gordon Mohr)
  which is included in the distribution

First download and install the Reed-solomon library
Second, type `make' in the pml directory (there is no `make install' target).

There are two applications:
sendfile <filename>  : Sends a file using multicast
recvfile <directory> : Receives a file using multicast

All other configurable paramters are in the pmtp.h header file.
