Software License Agreement

License

Frontline PCB Solutions LP. ("Frontline") grants you a non exclusive,
non transferable license to use this copy of Frontline's Software 
(the "Program") consisting of the executable files and the accompanying 
documentation, according to the terms of this agreement. 


Configuration

You must have a paid license of the Program or of an older 
version of the Program with a specified number of seats and the optional 
software packages purchased. You may install and use this program on one work 
station/computer with the maximum number of concurrent seats and the 
optional software packages as specified in your paid license. With your 
license you will receive a key/code set to the number of seats, the 
optional software packages you purchased.  This key will enable the 
installation and use of the program according to the restrictions 
of the paid license.



Additional Rights and Obligations

Regardless of the number of seats and optional software packages you have 
purchased:

You may not:

a.	Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create 
        derivative works based on the Program or accompanying documentation.
	
b.	Rent or transfer all or any part of the Program or accompanying 
        documentation to any person without the prior written consent of
        Frontline.

c.	Remove any proprietary notice, labels, or marks on the Program and 
        accompanying documentation; or 

d.	Use this Program outside the country in which it was licensed 
        regardless of whether such use was accomplished by physical or 
	electronic transfer of the Program.

Frontline retains title and copyrights to the Program, accompanying documents, 
and any legitimate backup copy made by you. Unauthorized copying of the 
Program or the accompanying documentation, or failure to comply with the 
above restrictions will result in automatic termination of this license 
and will make available to Frontline other or legal remedies.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

The program is supplied "as is". All warranties, either expressed or 
implied, are disclaimed as to the software and its quality, as well as 
performance. Frontline warrants that the media on which the Program is furnished 
under normal use will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. 
Frontline's entire liability and your exclusive remedy under this warranty 
(which is subject to your returning the Program to Frontline) will be, at 
Frontline's option, to attempt to correct or work around errors, to replace 
the Program or distribution media with functionally equivalent software 
or media, as applicable, or to refund the purchase price and terminate 
this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FRONTLINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA,
LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL 
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM 
OR ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. 
THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY IF FRONTLINE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED 
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LICENSE FEE 
REFLECTS THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK. IF YOU PURCHASED THIS PROGRAM IN THE 
UNITED STATES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF 
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR COSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIOM 
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Israel.
