A sends EF traffic at 100 kbps via R to B. Each packet has a size of 100
  bytes (link-layer header included). C sends best-effort traffic as fast
  as possible via R to B. The typical rates achieved were around 55 Mbps.
  C sends packets of 676 bytes. B records all the traffic using tcpdump.
  R forwards the packet either like a non-DS router, or in the last test,
