The following files need to be copied from the epoc32\include directory in a
Series 60 1.2 SDK to your Series 60 2.0 SDK in order for MtmsExample to build:

(Note: some of these headers need to have been modified as described
in Chapter 10 -- i.e. to get around the lack of ETELBGSM.H and ETELGPRS.H
in both SDKs.)
