These options should be put in the makefile manually , since configure 
will probably not work for BeOS. This is a temporary workaround.

This is a quick port of AMP 0.7.4 pre9. The BeOS port will
probably make it in the official 0.7.4 release. All command line
options should work now. The DualPlayer zclass should be
available once we get CW R3 full. Note that the play thread
is currently not B_REAL_TIME, so will hear gaps if the load
on your machine is heavy. Changeable with TManager..

New in the AA DR9 version:
volume control (try the -volume switch)
better buffering code, should "stabilize" CPU usage.
possibly works on Dual 66Mhz BeBoxes now. Let me know!!!
