MODIFICATION HISTORY
--------------------
The dsplib update from 1.04a to 1.04b includes the following corrections.
- Included revised c64x DSPLIB programmer's reference (spru565b.pdf)
  - Added restrict keywords to function definitions, indicating no overlap.
  - Added const keywords to function definitions, indicating no content change.
  - Fixed parameter definitions for DSP_iir.
  - Added DSP_iirlat.
  - Added better descriptions on FFT scaling issues, interruptibility, performance 
    considerations.
- Added examples for functional verification.
- Each function is defined in its own subsection.
- DSP_blk_move: allowed overlapped source and destination blocks.

The dsplib update from 1.04 to 1.04a includes the following corrections.
- DSP_dotprod: Fixed a bug newly introduced in version 1.04.

The dsplib update from 1.02b to 1.04 includes the following corrections.
- DSP_fft16x16t: Fixed a CSR bug. Wrong CSR was restored.
- DSP_fltoq15: Removed cross-path stalls.
- DSP_fir_gen: Fixed a GIE bug. GIE was disabled after the function call.
- DSP_max_idx: Fixed a bug returning a wrong index for certain maximum indices. 
- DSP_max_val: Fixed a bug returning a wrong value for certain maximum indices.



INSTALLATION INFORMATION
------------------------
To run the TI C64xDSPLIB Library Installation, follow the directions below:

Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP
1. Unzip the C64xDSPLIB_v104b.exe file to a temp directory
2. Double Click the file to launch the Install Shield Wizard
3. Answer all remaining questions presented in Install Shield dialog boxes

NOTES: 
1) If you DO NOT accept the software license agreement the library WILL NOT be installed. 
2) The default location to install the software is C:\ti\, which will install the code 
   into c:\ti\C6400\dsplib and the docs into c:\ti\docs\pdf.  If the existing tools are 
   not installed in the default location you need to know the correct location to complete 
   the installation of the DSPLIB Library.
