Application Summary:
	This sample program helps you get familiar with manipulating the 
	I/O mapped LEDs (DS1-DS8) on the F240 EVM Development Board.  This 
	application	lights the LEDS in sequential order from DS1 to DS8 and 
	then from DS8 to DS1.  The LEDs will continue to light in sequential
	order and back until the program is terminated.
