Sets of routines to make a curvilinear grid, interpolate data into
model grid, and write initial condition and forcing files for pom.

See "rungrid" script for setting options for using data or prescribed
grid & IC, and run the main fortran code "GRID.f".

See "MATgrid.m" script to plot results with matlab.

Sample data files for topography, temperature/salinity & wind are
included for a region along the U.S. east coast.
