Read Me - Installation 10-15 minutes

Musicbox Version 2.1 : Updated 
[Installation]
==========================================

1) Upload /musicboxv2 folder into your site and chmod the folder to 777 

2) Place all your audio clips in the folder /audio

3) Chmod musicboxv2/temp folder to 777 (all temporary files created by users or guest will be placed here)

Before installing Musicbox you must change root paths in Musicboxv2 folder :-

1) install/index.php          - Enter root path and musicbox database  (line 18)
2) index.php                  - Enter root path and musicbox database(line 30,36,39,42,45,53)
3) index.php                  - Change the template for mail a song (line 1267)
4) sources/constants.php      - Enter root path and musicbox database (line 16,94,109)
5) sources/constants.php      - Enter root path (line 94) change your email (line 78)
6) admin/audioadmin.php       - Enter root path and musicbox database (line 21,27)
7) mail.php                   - Enter root path and musicbox database (line 29,38,41,44,53)
8) player/mailplayer/mail.js  - Enter your website player address  (line 8)
9) mods/showgenres.php        - Enter root path and musicbox address (line 50)
10)template/header.php        - Insert your domain address (56)

Once you have edited these files upload MusicboxV2 folder to your ftp server.

From the webaddress open and run the database installer

When you have successfully installed Musicbox database please delete the install.php file for security purpose

1) How do I change script template (layout) ?
Ans : open folder musicboxv2/template/ and edit header.php and footer.php to match with your site template.

2) I added Artist,albums,genres and songs but my songs doesn't shows up, Why ?
Ans: Before adding songs to any of the artist or albums please add the songs format by clicking on Add formats link in admin panel then add songs.

3) Where are created temporary playlist saved ?
Ans: Users created playlist are saved in temporary folder,you will need to manually delete them weekly or monthly.

4) Where can i download MusicBox Mods ?
Ans: Registered users can download musicbox mods from http://www.musicboxv2.com

5) Can I distribute musicbox script with my friends or on my website ?
Ans: No, this script is made by our developers working day and night, we request you to tell your friends to purchase this script from http://www.Musicboxv2.com also read license.txt which is included with this script, if you refer somebody to us we will give you 10$ for more information please visit our forums.

6) My player skins are not showing ?
Ans: Musicbox player uses cookies to set player skins as default,you must use all your skins in one image format! by default *.jpg format is placed : if you want to place *.gif skins then change *.jpg to *.gif in musicboxv2/index.php line 292 (skin1default.jpg) and on player/playerskins.php line 32 (change jpg to gif in both files).

7) How to change email a song template ?
Ans: open musicboxv2/index.php file and go to line 1267 and edit to suit with your website template.
