	Thanks to Joaquin Cuenca Abela.

	(pango_win32_make_matching_logfont): Set lfHeight to the negative
	of the requested size. Positive lfHeight indicates "cell height",
	negative "character height" (?), which is closer to what we want,
	says Joaquin Cuenca Abela.
