开放源代码的WEB服务器

Included here is a very simple test application.  It creates a web
server with only 3 pages of content (1 normal dynamic page, one static
page, and one dynamic page that accepts data) and a dynamic wildard
directory.

Run test_httpd and connect to it with a browser to see the server in
operation.
