        {\ty plotsid} plots the schematic interference diagram of any
        distribution in the affine class which is perfectly localized for
        signals with a power-law group-delay of the form $t_x(\nu)=t_0+c\
        \nu^{K-1}.$ This diagram is computed for any (analytic) FM
        signal. \\
