Added support for manual update of some device parameters, in case the service provider does not configure them, 
or the client does not have access, or the device does not support them ( VPN3002 etc). No sanity checking is done on entered values.

Device name to manually overwrite the collected SNMP data with the following values.

sysContact required - overwrite SNMP collected sysContact.
