How to generate source code documentation (MS Windows users):

1. Install Doxygen (www.doxygen.org)
2. Open the 'config.doxygen' file in the Doxygen Wizard.
3. Generate documentation by clicking Start.
4. HTML-type documentation is found in readme.html which links to .\doxygen\index.html
