  The letter W. Bruce Croft received from Phil Hayes (March 9, 1990)
gave a list of 135 TOPICS categories, which were used in HAYES89.  I
reproduce this list below.

  The email message David D. Lewis received (Nov. 26, 1990) from Phil
Hayes gave lists (which I reproduce below) for categories in these
fields:
