Many third party control only provide users run time license without design time license. You have to register and get design time license from the providers and may be not free.<p>Another situation could be: though you have design time license for control x, if you run a setup.exe for program Y, and Y also uses control x, then after the setup program registers files(including control X) for program Y, the later information stored in registry for control X only give you run time permission, for you don't have design time license for program Y. In this case, you have to reload control X again.<p>I had such problem before.
