We are an education institute, we have approx. 2500 members. the software we need to write is FREE to all our members. 90% of our members do not have Chinese System in their English Win95, we can not included any Chinese System in our software because it is illegal except we pay royality fee. We don't have this money. That is why we like to write our own Chinese TTF display routine. Do you know where we can download or buy Visual Basic/C Chinese TTF display OCX, or how we can write our own Chinese TTF display routine?<br>Thanks and Best regards<br>Tim
