CSplitBarCtrl.OCX使你可以在两个控件之间创建可移动的分隔栏(象Windows Explorer)，
只要在你想要用的控件左右hWnd分配CSplitBarCtrl控件就可以了。

方法：
'**注意**你想要用分隔栏的控件必须位于CSplitBarCtrl之上，
'以允许在子控件上drawing。

'必需项
CSplitCtrl.SetLeftChild '左控件的hWnd
CSplitCtrl.SetRightChild '右控件的hWnd
CSplitCtrl.ResizeControls '调整控件的大小(必须在设置两个hWnd之后)
CSplitCtrl.ResizeControls ' Resize the controls (MUST be called 
			     ' after setting both hWnd's)
'可选项
CSplitBarCtrl.SetMaxMove '设置分隔栏可被左右移动的最大值（点）
CSplitBarCtrl.SetSplitBarEnabled '允许或禁止栏的移动

示例：
为使用这个示例，把这些代码粘贴到一个含有CSplitBarCtrl控件的窗体的声明部分，
CSplitBarCtrl控件的名称为CSplitBarCtrl1，再把一个ListBox控件，名称为List1,
IntegralHeight属性设为False,及一个Textbox控件，名称为Text1放进CSplitBarCtrl1
控件，然后按F5。
