PROTEUS LITE LICENCE AGREEMENT

This product is supplied as shareware. This means 
that you can install and use it for evaluation 
purposes. However, if you begin to use the product 
for actual design work, you must register your copy.

Proteus Lite is a modular system comprising programs
for schematic capture, circuit simulation and PCB 
layout. Registration keys for these modules and also 
for individual simulator models are all 
available separately.


COPYRIGHT

All title and copyright in all parts of the Package 
shall remain the property of Labcenter Electronics 
and its suppliers. 

RE-DISTRIBUTION

You may re-distribute the self extracting executable 
for PROTEUS Lite, provided that you do not modify it 
in any way.
 
LIMITED WARRANTY

Labcenter warrants that Proteus Lite will perform 
substantially in accordance with the specifications 
given on Labcenter's web site and in other publicity 
material. In the event of substantial non conformity, 
then the Labcenter or one of its representatives,  
will either remedy the fault within 60 days, or offer 
a refund of the registration fee paid for the software.
 
Labcenter makes no other warranty, representation, or 
promise that is not set forth in this Agreement. If 
any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable then 
all others shall remain in effect.
