HT1621是台湾合泰公司推出的128段（32×4）内置存储器的多功能LCD驱动器，可以驱动多段LCD字符是其主要特征，可以构成LCD显示模块和显示系统，与控制器的通信连线仅需要3—4根，同时它还包括了省电命令，有效地减少本身的功耗。其主要功能特性如下：</TD></TR>
