This module is part of the core Perldistribution starting with Perl 5.8.</p><p>Net::Time implements the following functions.</p><div class="refentry"><table width="515" border="0" cellpadding="5"><tr><td align="left"><font size="+1"><b>inet_daytime</b></font></td><td align="right"><i></i></td></tr></table><hr width="515" size="3" noshade="true" align="left" color="black" /><pre>inet_daytime( [<em class="replaceable">host</em> [, <em class="replaceable">protocol</em> [, <em class="replaceable">timeout</em>]]]) </pre><p>Obtains the time on <em class="replaceable"> host</em> , or adefault host if <em class="replaceable"><tt> host</tt></em> is notgiven. <tt class="literal">inet_daytime</tt> uses<em class="replaceable"><tt>protocol</tt></em>, which can be either<tt class="literal">udp</tt> or <tt class="literal">tcp</tt>.
