To run an application program on your Target using SerialICE-1B, perform the
following steps:<p>

<ol>
<li>If you haven't done so already, 
<a href="http://www.carmel.com/pmon">Download</a> 
the PMON source from the Web site.

<li>Next you need to <a href="xtrfiles.htm">Extract</a> the files 
from the archive.<p>

<li>To configure the package, you need to run the <a
href="pinstall.htm">Install</a> program specifiying the correct
target type.<p>

<li>To prepare the package for use you must 
<a href="ibuild1b.htm">Build</a> the package.

<li>Configure your hardware.<p>
SerialICE-1B requires either an RS232 link between your host your target,
or a high-speed serial connection via a <a href="wiggler.htm">Wiggler</a>.<p>

<li><a href="iabuild.htm">Build</a>, 
<a href="i95dlexe.htm">Download and Execute</a> your application on the Target.
