To run an application program on your Target using PMON, perform the
following steps:<p>

<ol>
<li>If you haven't done so already, 
<a href="http://www.carmel.com/pmon">Download</a> 
the PMON source from the Web site.

<li>Next you need to <a href="xtrfiles.htm">Extract</a> the files 
from the archive.

<li>To configure the package you need to run the 
<a href="pinstall.htm">Install</a> program. The following table
provides a summary of the target types you need for each
evaluation board.<p>

<li>Configure your hardware.<p>
PMON requires an RS232 link between your host and port A on the Target.
The <a href="portname.htm">actual hardware port name</a>
will depend on which host and Target you
will be using.<p>

<a href="dlexe.htm">Download and Execute</a> your application on the Target.
