The compare command compares the contents of two memory areas.<p>

The format of the compare command is:<p>

compare adr1 adr2 siz
</pre>

where:<p>

adr1	</td><td>specifies the start address of the first memory area.

adr2	</td><td>specifies the start address of the second memory area.

</td></tr><tr><td>
siz	</td><td>is the size of the block of memory to be compared. 
        This quantity is specified in bytes.

</dl><h2>Functional Description</h2><dl><dd>

The compare command compares each byte in the two memory areas. Any
bytes that are different are displayed with the address, the expected
value, and the actual value read.<p>

This example shows how to compare two blocks of memory, 8 Kbytes in
size. The first block has a base address of 0x80020000, the second
block starts at 0x80060000.<p>
