MODE 10 BEAM PLASMA INSTABILITY

A cool electron beam is drifting through a cold electron plasma.
The small temperature of the beam avoids the non-physical cold beam
instability, so the only phenomenon is the growth of the physical beam
plasma instability.  Since the system length is 20PI, the fastest growing
mode is mode 10.
