4.8kcelp语音压缩编码程序

The files in this directory are processed files (using celp3.2 C).  The Fortran
versions will differ slightly from these.  Only the C versions are here in
the interests of conserving space.  These files were processed with a 
Sun Sparcstation.  For more details see the .log file.  The sources are located
in the speech directory.  The file names have been slightly modified to
fit the DOS filename constraints.  The file sh4* corresponds to short_4* in
the rest of the documentation.  The file sh4n* corresponds to short_4_normal.
The file sh4nh is the high passed version.
