4.8kcelp语音压缩编码程序

     This directory contains the source code and archive files for the disk I/O
routines.  The archive file disk_io3.a has the object code for the Sun-3.  The
archive file disk_io4.a has the object code for the Sun-4.  To make disk_io3.a,
be on a Sun-3 and do "make disk_io3".  To make disk_io4.a, be on a Sun-4 and
do "make disk_io4".
