TSDemux is a MPEG2-TS demuxer designed for BS Digital and most D-VHS players.

[INSTRUCTION]

1. LOAD MPEG2-TS stream
2. SAVE to any folder, we will see M2V and AAC/MP2
3. decode M2V file by DVD2AVI
4. decode AAC file by FAAD2 (FAAD2 *.aac *.wav) or MP2 file by TMPGEnc

BSD/D-VHS MPEG2-TS -> TSDemux -> M2V, AAC/MP2 -> DVD2AVI, FAAD2 -> VFAPI, WAV -> ...

     It's similar to DVD2AVI. In order to synchronize:
      100ms implies we should append 100ms silence at the head of WAV file
     -100ms implies we should cut 100ms at the head of WAV file
