The General Packet Radio Service - GPRS

GRPS code has been contributed by Richa Jain, IITB, India. The code has 
been implemented for ns-2.1b7a version. This tarfile consists of:

1. gprs_doc - directory containing a README, the tex and html version for 
the documentation; a sample script and output for various conditions.
2. final_code - directory containing our code - files we've 
added/modified.
3. patch_gprs - a diff file taken against a clean version of ns-2.1b7a.
