The Folder mode allows moving or copying thevisible image to a folder, and the Collection mode allows adding thevisible image or file selection to a collection.</P><P><BR><BR></P><P STYLE="margin-top: 0.17in; page-break-after: avoid"><FONT FACE="Albany, sans-serif"><FONT SIZE=4>Folderview</FONT></FONT></P><P>The Sort Manager folder view consists of a vertical list forbookmarking folders, a section to select the operation to perform,and a set of buttons along the bottom.</P><P>Clicking or activating an item in the list will copy, move, orlink the active image's file to that location. The active image willthen change to the next image.</P><P><U>Bookmark list</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">This is a list of possible folders touse as a destination for the selected operation. A context menu willappear by right clicking on an item, or pressing the menu key whenthe item has the focus.</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">Folders can be added to the list byactivating the Add button at the bottom of the sidebar, or dragging afolder onto the list.</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">To edit an item select &ldquo;Properties&rdquo;from it's context menu. A dialog will appear allowing the Name, Path,and Icon for the item to be changed. Select OK to close the dialogand apply the changes, or Cancel to close the dialog and discard thechanges.</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">To change the order of the list,select &ldquo;Move up&rdquo; or &ldquo;Move down&rdquo; from theitem's context menu. To move an item with the keyboard move the focusto that item, then press Shift + Up or Shift + Down to move the item.</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">To remove an item from the list select&ldquo;Remove&rdquo; from it's context menu.</P><P><U>Copy, Move, and Link</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">These are the available operations touse on the active image, they should be self explanatory.</P><P><U>Add button</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">Activate this button to add a folderto the bookmark list. A dialog will appear to allow selection of thefolder to use for the new item.</P><P><U>Undo button</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">Activate this button to undo the lastcopy, move, or link operation. The undo function can only reverse themost recent operation.</P><P><BR><BR></P><P STYLE="margin-top: 0.17in; page-break-after: avoid"><FONT FACE="Albany, sans-serif"><FONT SIZE=4>Collectionview</FONT></FONT></P><P>The Sort Manager collection view consists of a vertical list ofcollection, a section to determine the current selection, and a setof buttons along the bottom.</P><P>Clicking or activating an item in the list will add the selectedimage to that collection.</P><P><U>Collection list</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">This is the list of collectionslocated in the folder $HOME/.gqview/collections. Activating a memberof this list will result in the current image selection to be addedto the collection. If the image already exists within the collection,it will not be added a second time.</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">A new empty collection can be added tothe list by activating the Add button at the bottom of the sidebar.</P><P><U>Choosing the selection style</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">The images to add when activating acollection is determined by the selection style:</P><P STYLE="margin-left: 1.58in"><B>Add image:</B><SPAN STYLE="font-weight: medium">The visible image is added to the collection.</SPAN><B> </B> <BR><B>Addselection:</B> All images selected in the file list will be added tothe collection.</P><P><U>Add button</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">Activate this button to add a newempty collection to the visible list. A dialog will appear to allowentry of the name to use for the new collection.</P><P><U>Undo button</U></P><P STYLE="margin-left: 0.79in">Activate this button to undo the lastadd operation.
