  You are hereby permitted to use this library (Panard Vision) in any and all
non-commercial and non-shareware software programs free of any financial
obligation to me, provided that if the program is distributed, it is
distributed to the public, free of any charge for the program itself. There is
no restriction on what kind of reselling of the above mentioned program is
done (shareware houses, CD-ROMs, etc...), as long as the program is available
to the public with no financial obligation to the author(s). The only thing I
ask in this case is that you credit me in your production for the 3D Engine.
It would also be nice, but not necessary, if you dropped me a note
informing me of your use of Panard Vision in some production.

Licensing Panard Vision for commercial use

purchase a commercial distribution license.
A separate license is NOT required for each application in which Panard Vision is used.
This license is non-transferrable (you cannot sell, give, loan, or otherwise transfer it

unaltered. All original files must be included.
