答：出现这种问题，99％是你的电脑上没有安装Real播放器，请检查并安装它。</P>
<P>3、播放时老是在“缓冲”，或者图像很不连贯.<BR>
答：首先<A
href="http://www2.4tb.net/SpeedTest.asp" target=_blank><FONT
color=#ff0000>测试</FONT></A>你的带宽，大多情况下，这是由于你的网速过慢造成的。我们提供的大多是DVD转录的高清晰电影，需要带宽至少512K。<BR>
其次是你的播放器设置不正确，请检查你的设置：<BR>
如果是Realplay plus，点视图菜单--->首选项--->连接--->带宽--->把这里的“正常带宽，最高带宽”，都选10Mdps
LAN 。<BR>
如果是RealOne plus，点Tools--->Preferences--->Connection--->把这时里Normal和Maximum都设为Office
LAN (10 Mbps and above)。</P>

<P> 如果是RealOne plus汉化版，点工具--->参数设置--->连接--->带宽把这里的正常带宽和最大带宽都设为10M更更高。</P>
<P>4、播放时，像动画，或者出现条纹，色块，定格<BR>
答：播放rm格式的电影，特别是DVD转成的，需要电脑的性能比较好，至少在<FONT
color=#ff0000>PⅢ800</FONT>或以上，否则播放可能跳帧，另外，Real播放器对显卡加速支持不好，如果出现将播放窗口拖动画面就在变化，不拖动画面就静止，或者出现条纹，色块，要把视频加速选项取消。在Realplay
plus中,是将选项打勾取消,在RealOne plus中,是将Hardware--->Video
Card Compatibility的滑块拖到左边就是取消了视频加速。如果是汉化版，在显卡兼容中把设置从最佳性能拖到最可靠这边。<br>
