答：如果出现这样的提示，不能登录，可能是你的帐号不存或密码错误。如果你24小时内未登录网站，你的帐号就会被冻结，也无法登录，你可以重新登录一次网站再下载。<br>

<font color="#FF0000">2、530 Not logged in, unauthorized IP ddress.</font><br>
答：如果前面是530 Not logged in后面多了一句unauthorized IP ddress.表示你的ip不被允许。因为下载帐号允许下载的ip是跟用户最后一次登录的ip绑定，所以不要将帐号借给别人使用，否则可能造成下载失败。如果是动态ip的用户，掉线重新连上下载出现这样的提示，只要再登录一次网站就可以继续下载了。因为上网方式的不同，国外用户如果重新登录也出现这样的提示，请与我们联系，并告之用户名。<br>

<font color="#FF0000">3、Sorry, insufficient credit for download
- upload first.或(对不起，你的允许下载量大于文件大小，造成的原因可能是你重复下载了)。</font><br>
答：普通会员按影币下载方式下载如果出现这样的提示，可能的原因是你重复下载了或者没有在24小时下载完设置的任务。解决方法是删除扣币记录重新点击下载链接，重新扣一次影币就可以继续下载。按影币下载方式下载请一次不要设置过多的任务。<br>

<font color="#FF0000">4、421 Too many users - please try again
later.</font><br>
答：出现这样的提示，表示你的下载进程已经超过了你帐号允许的数量，如果你此时并没有下载，说明有它人在用你的帐号下载。所以不要将帐号借给它人使用。<br>
