  <li>version number of Windows and update packages installed (you can find out 
    this information in the <b>Properties</b> of the <b>My Computer</b> icon on 
    the desktop or the <b>System</b> icon in the <b>Control Panel</b>); 
  <li>please try to provide as much information as possible so that our experts 
    could reproduce the error. </li>
