立体的改良版 TLabel 构件

This component is another label with 3D effects, but it also can be configured for
blinking. It磗 my first component :-D

You can set the status of the label (on ,Off, blink) and the blinking rate, in case
the status is set to blink, and you can configure the colors of the label in two
flavours, automatic (choosing a color, the second one is also set) or manual.

I made it because I was tired of dealing with timers and so on, to get a label to blink, so
I put together one of those 3D labels with the timer inside the component.

It works for sure in Delphi 1 and 2, but I think you won磘 have any trouble in Delphi 3 or 4.

I think the bitmap included in mlabel.dcr has been done in Win 3.x, so if you get an error 
when you install it in Delphi 2 or higher, just open the dcr file in Delphi 2 or higher, 
and close saving the changes, or just forget about the dcr.

Use and abuse of it as much as you want, (I hope it works!!), and if you make any changes,
