                 Transport Capacity.

   This tutorial explains the use and editing of
transmission capacities.

Under the Edit menu the Transcap entry brings up
an editing dialog that permits editing of number
of buyers and sellers as well and the transmission
capacity matrix.  This was discussed in the tutorial
on Data Modification.  This tutorial will discuss
the meaning of the entries in the transmission
capacity matrix.

            Transmission Capacity Matrix.

   The matrix that appears in the Edit Transcap
dialog is indexed by the buyers and sellers.  The
numbers in the matrix are the transmission capacity
available between a given buyer and seller: it is
assumed there are lines between all pairs of buyers
and sellers in this simulator.

   Individual entries can be edited or the slider and
Uniform button will set all entries to a single value.

               Unbalancing the Simulator.

   Editing the transmission capacity matrix allows the
user to create bottlenecks or give the advantage to
either buyers or sellers.  This can be used to study
the effects of bottlenecks and extreme market
conditions.

               Simulating Incomplete Networks.

   If the user wishes to have incomplete networks then
some transmission capacities can be set to zero.  In
this event events in the simulator will proceed as if
there is no connection between the buyer and seller for
which transmission capacity is set to zero.
