   This tutorial covers the Files menu.  There are
three entries to this menu.  Exit lets the user
exit the simulator.  Save saves the contents of the
Transcap, Buyer, and Seller editors and the genetic
algorithm control parameters to a file.  Load pulls
the contents of these three editors and the genetic
algorithm controls out of a file.
