Simple prgram to connect with JDBC in java/Visual J++
There are some steps before you Running this Program 
1- Start first with ODBC Data Sources from control panel
2- From User DSN Tabb click on Add... 
3- Select The driver which do you want such as Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) and click Finish
4- You will found Window has a title bar (ODBC Microsoft Access setup) 
4-a)write any name you want such as (Mine) in data source name 
4-b)select the dabase file from clciking on Select button and you can create a new one (I did use Biblio.mdb file in my application)
5- click on OK
6- Click on Ok in the first window
Now you have a databse file you can use it by ODBC or JDBC in our program
