The web browser contacts the <acronym title="Hyper Text Transfer Protocol">HTTP</acronym> server running on Blackfin where the <acronym title="Common Gateway Interface">CGI</acronym> script or program resides, and asks it to run the program. Parameters from the <acronym title="HyperText Markup Language">HTML</acronym> form are passed to the program (parameters are passed through the Environment, or passed similar to command line arguments) The called program samples data from the ADC using a linux device driver (adsp-spiadc.c). Incoming samples are preprocessed and stored in a file. The <acronym title="Common Gateway Interface">CGI</acronym> program then calls Gnuplot and requests to generate a <acronym title="Portable Network Graphics">PNG</acronym> or <acronym title="Joint Photographics Experts Group">JPEG</acronym> image based on the sampled data and form settings. (Gnuplot is a portable command-line driven interactive datafile and function plotting utility). The server takes the output of the <acronym title="Common Gateway Interface">CGI</acronym> program and returns it to the web browser. The web browser displays the output as an <acronym title="HyperText Markup Language">HTML</acronym> page.</p></div><h4><a name="prerequisites" id="prerequisites">Prerequisites</a></h4><div class="level4"><p> Part Number: <br/> <strong>ADDS-BF533-STAMP</strong> <br/> <strong>AD7476-DBRD</strong> <br/></p></div><h4><a name="adds-bf533-stamp_product_description" id="adds-bf533-stamp_product_description">ADDS-BF533-STAMP Product Description</a></h4><div class="level4"><pre class="code"></pre>The ADSP-BF533 STAMP uClinux Kernel Board Support Package (BSP) provides developers with a cost-effective environment to develop embedded systems with the ADSP-BF533 Blackfin Processor.
