Solaris 7 using gcc version 2.95.1 19990816 (release)
with ncurses
should work with curses although not guranteed

Start serialview
Start the s51 simulator with the following command line options:
-S out=/tmp/out,in=/tmp/in
or whatever pipes you wish to use
