?What is this tool?

Allows use of moghouse /deliverybox command outside of moghouse.
Eliminates wait penalty when repeatedly checking delivery box.
Auction House: Eliminates wait time for pending bids.
Auction House: Eliminates wait time for checking Sales Status.
Eliminates wait time between synths

The window title can be specified with AllWait0.ini
When updates occur, the OFFSETS can be changed within the ini.
Place it in the same folder.

Run AllWait0.exe to activate. It runs wait0.bat.
You may stop the effect by running unwait0.bat or restart FFXI.
