Bin2C version 0.10

These instructions are very brief, for which I apologise.

Run !Bin2C.

Drag any binary file to it's iconbar icon.

Drag the resulting text file from the save box to where you want it.

That's it!

Well, actually, you can set a few options vis the "Options..." item in
the main menu. These should be pretty self-explanatory.

Bin2C can't be used fom the command line yet, but that will be
implemented in the next version.
