debug source code under unix platform.

This is a slightly modified version of the mpatrol Debian package that is
maintained by Jerome Marant <[e-mail]>.  This is not intended to
replace the official Debian package and although it might fix a few
installation issues here and there, it may well introduce some more.
I have included these files in the mpatrol distribution for completeness
and in case the official Debian package maintainer orphans the package.
