Dear SC 29 members, AGM and WGs,

This is to announce that the Web site of JTC 1 Imaging and Graphics Business Team (IGBT)
is now open to the public at:<BR>

In addition the IGBT has set up the following e-mail reflectors:
<P>
1) Main IGBT reflector - for announcement and discussions of a general nature;<BR>
2) Technology Focus;<BR>
3) Business and Government Focus.
<P>
and expect that additional "Working Groups" will be established within each
focus as required and these will have their own, separate reflectors.
<P>
SC 29 members, AGM and WGs are requested to nominate SC 29
representatives to the IGBT. SC 29 will review the nominations received
at its eleventh SC 29 plenary meeting, 1998-07-13/15, Berlin, Germany.
