<P>9. Overview of Contributions related to Ad Hoc Group Discussions</P>
<P>An ad hoc meeting on IT Strategies is scheduled for the morning of 3
June 1998. This ad hoc meeting will discuss collaborative computing and
electronic balloting and will address the ballot comments received on JTC
1 N 5180, JTC 1 Policy on Electronic Document Distribution Using the World
Wide Web.</P>
<P>An ad hoc meeting on the revision of the JTC 1 Procedures is scheduled
for the afternoon of 3 June 1998. This ad hoc meeting will discuss the
ballot comments received on JTC 1 N 5202, Draft 4th Edition of the ISO/IEC
JTC 1 Directives.</P>
<P>Note: These two ad hoc meetings will run consecutively in order to accommodate
the overlap in participants to both groups.</P>
