You do not have to use the Full-Installer to run the control center.<br> However, you will still need following microsoft user-controls, and Microsoft Visual Basic 6 Runtime SP6:

<font face="Arial">If you have decided for a manual install, just unpack the zip in a clean folder, make sure that the car pictures are copied in a subfolder named: \CarPics<br>
Following files are configuration files of the control center, and they will automatically be created in case they are inconsistent, or do not exist:
