    在这种MIB中只定义了唯一的一个管理对象,它包含MAX-ACCESS读-写子句
(pintSysContact)。没有读-创建对象。这种读-写对象可能在某些网络环境中可能十分敏
感或易受攻击。在没有适当保护的不安全环境中对SET操作的支持在网络运行上有消极的作
用。
    在这种MIB中有一定数量的管理对象,可能包含对商业前景敏感的信息。其一可能就是
顾客的验证(UserIdName)。同样的,PINT服务运行的信息自身需要受到监控。因此,当
通过SNMP在网络上发送时,对于这些对象的适当GET存取或者对于这些对象的值的合理加
密的控制就变得十分重要。不是所有的SNMP译文都提供这样的安全环境特色。
    SNMPv1自身并不是一个安全环境。尽管网络本身是安全的(例如使用IPSec),即使那
样,它并不包含对于在安全网络上谁被允许存取和GET/SET(读/更改/创建/删除)在这种
MIB中的对象的控制。
    建议执行者像SNMPv3框架那样考虑安全特性。特别是, 推荐使用User-based Security 
Model RFC 2574 [13] 和 View-based Access Control Model RFC 2575 [16]。
    确认SNMP实体给出了对这种MIB存取的实例就变成了客户/使用者的职责,合理地配置
那些仅对于某些首要的(用户)存取这些对象,并且他们确实有权限真正的GET或SET(更
改/创建/删除)它们。
